Francis Gray (left), the world’s greatest stage manager, once called Tess “genius, brilliant, and kind.”
Actors that Tess works with frequently remark that she should probably yell at them a lot more than she does. Tess disagrees.
Her parents have sung her praises on several occasions with words like, “I don’t know what it was but it looked really cool and it seems like you’re having fun.”

Tess really loves the people she works with. They are absolutely the best part.
